BREACH IN CODE OF CONDUCT
DISCIPLINE CARD DETAILS
The issue of the Yellow Discipline Card (YDC) is a warning to refrain from the unacceptable code of conduct a student of KPS has been admonished for. The issue of 3 YDCs shall result in the issue of a letter of dire consequence and a RED card.
This shall be followed by the issue of the Transfer Certificate without any warning if there is no improvement seen. The nature of act shall also decide the level of card issued.
0 for cheating in the examinations/paper cancelled and new paper to be issued.
Level 1 : SINGLE YELLOW CARD CASES:
- Disturbing the class.
- Demeaning behaviour(arrogant and answering back teachers)
- Abusive behaviour
- Bunking the class
- Loitering in the corridors
- Disrespecting the helper staff
- Student of std. 11 & 12 coming without helmets+(confiscation of the vehicle for a week)
- Using of cell phone
- Dirty vulgar fights
- Smoking
- Physical assault
- Intended damage to school/staff property
- X and below coming to school on self-driven motor vehicles (vehicle confiscated for 2 weeks)
- Manipulation of marks in exam sheets and test papers
- Bullying
- Vulgarity (verbal/gestures) to Teachers/Staff/Helper Staff
- Blackmailing
- Harassment of any kind
- Stalking and creating nonsense
- Intentional Damage to school/staff property
- Severe traumatic physical assault leading to hospitalization
- Cyber-crimes(dirty mails, messages, dirty morphing and fake pictures with sexual intent etc.)
