Achivements 2016-17

All india Tennis ball championship was organised by west bengal from 17-11-17 to 19-11-2017
Our new sporttr. Sunena Nag and Eisha Sonkar of std IX C represneted AIIB an association named all india industrial Board
Team was declared winners and Eisha was awarded as the best fielder in the tournamnet.

Mr Akash Kumar (CTO) is selected for the course of Associate NCC Officer(PRCN) Course at OTA KAMTEE 2015-2016.

We are not far behind in sports either, where we have taken 1st doubles and 2nd singles in an Open Badminton Tournament organized in the East Singhbhum region. We were the winners in the Jamshedpur Sports Olympiad held in Volley Ball. In All India Open School Chess Tournament, we stood 1st. We also bagged 1st position in the Inter-School Jogga Chess tournament. We were ranked 3rd and 6th in a Cyber Olympiad organized at State Level. The ASISC Inter-School Football tournament saw us champions in senior level and last but not the least in the Zonal ICSE and ISC Atheletic meet, we stood 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

 

KPS (Kadma) have been equally proactive in the world of co-curricular activities. To begin with LEMOD 2013’ that was hosted within our premises and where our school bagged an award for the best inaugural ceremony and an award for congeniality. We have taken 7- gold medals, 4- silver, 2- bronze and an overall championship award in an Inter-School fest called ‘Harmony’. Yet another event ‘Pulse’ brought us first prize in Choreography. Our students are equally adept in displaying theatrical skills where we got 2nd prize in a Street Theatre Competition.

It feels great to mention that the teachers are equally as enthusiastic as our students as three senior teachers got home the 1st position in a quiz competition organized by Books and Beyond. Our schools EQUIP team- Trigger was awarded the best team for Innovative Practices in Geography. We stood exemplars in ‘Inno Teaching Practice’ in Mathematics.

 

KPS has bagged the 1st and 2nd prize in an interschool fest called ‘Quantum’. ‘1st Runners Up’ in a quiz organized by the RBI. In Interschool Arithmetic Aptitude Test, we have taken 3- gold medals, 3- silver and 5- bronze. We’ve bagged the 2nd prize in ASISC zonal level creative writing competition. There was a Physics Fest known as ‘Inventio 2013’ we have taken a couple of prizes and multiple positions as 1st, 2nd and 3rd. KPS (Kadma) stood among the top 20 in the IQ based state level quiz competition. We bore away the first prize in Essay Competition organized by the LIC. .
